The UEFA Arbitrators Committee appointed a team from Belgium for the match of the 1st round of the group stage of the Europa League between Dynamo Kyiv and Shkenderbeu.

Arbitrator in the field will make Bart Vertenten. The 29-year-old judge began to service the professional games of the Belgian championship in 2012, and in 2014 received the FIFA category.

At the moment, Vertenten has practically no experience working in European competition.
