Arsenal fans named the best newcomer for the month of August.

Arsenal's official website voted among its own fans for the best player of the past month.

Nominated for the award were three players of the club - goalkeeper Petr Cech and two newcomers Sead Kolashinats and Alexander Lakazett.

The victory was won by the Bosnian, who scored exactly 50% of the vote. On the account of Lakazetta 26%, the remaining 24% went to Cech.
