Wenger: Uncertainty with my future prevented the team from getting into the Champions League

Arsenal head coach Arsene Wenger believes that speculation about his possible departure from the club caused the unsuccessful results for the season.

This year, the Gunners for the first time in 20 years completed the championship in fifth place, depriving themselves of chances to participate in the Champions League.

According to coach Arsene Wenger, Arsenal's results were influenced by all the talk about his future at the club.

"Since January we have played in a very difficult situation for a number of reasons," said Arsen.

It was very difficult, and the situation with the uncertainty of my future had a huge impact on this. Nevertheless, my professionalism and my commitment to Arsenal can not be questioned ".

Wenger's contract with the Gunners comes to an end next summer, and while the specialist does not know if he will stay in the Arsenal.
