The Pechersk court ruled in a case initiated by the former head of the Ternopil Football Federation Vladimir Marinovsky.

In April 2017 the Ternopil Football Federation was excluded from the FFU with a ban on holding official tournaments. At the same time, the new Federation of the Region.

The former head of the Ternopil Football Federation, Vladimir Marinovsky, filed a lawsuit against such a decision, accompanied by his comments on the political nature of the case.

Did not stop Marinovsky and FFU's statement that he must withdraw the claim, otherwise he will be disqualified.

As a result, the suit was examined in the Kiev Pechersk court, which ruled that the case does not fall under the jurisdiction of the district court, so it must be considered by the football justice agency.

The final decision in the case can be taken in the sports arbitration in Lausanne.
