Briton Anthony Joshua threw 256 punches in a fight against Russian Alexander Povetkin, in which EJ defended champion titles by WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO.

The meeting took place on the night of September 23 in London and ended with a confident victory of the British, who knocked out an opponent in the 7th round.

Out of 256 strokes of Joshua, 90 have reached the goal.

Povetkin made significantly fewer shots - 181, and only 47 of them were accurate.

In no one round did the Russian strike more accurate blows than the Briton.

This victory was 22 for Joshua in his career, the athlete remained undefeated in the professional ring. Povetkin, in turn, lost the second time. The first defeat of the "Russian Knight" caused Wladimir Klitschko in 2013.
