Britain remains the most attractive country for talents in the European Union

The UK remains the most favorable country for highly qualified specialists in the EU, according to a report by the Belgian research organization Bruegel. On the second place were the Netherlands, on the third - Luxembourg, writes EvroPuls.



Researchers assessed the attractiveness of countries for talented people (for example, programs for finding successful students and young professionals) and the opportunities that are provided there for self-realization in the long run.

According to the authors of the report, with the recovery of the economy after the crisis of 2008, the problem of the outflow of personnel from the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. The last places in the ranking are occupied by Romania, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia. The share of non-indigenous population in them is very low - about 2%, and the level of salaries is lower than in countries of Western Europe.
