The daughters of American President Donald Trump Ivanka had to listen to disapproval of exclamations at the G-20 summit on women in Berlin.

As soon as the 35-year-old businesswoman noticed that her father "supports families in need and helps them survive," she heard a disgruntled rumble of the audience.

Ivanka, who was nicknamed the "first daughter" in the press, discussed within the framework of the summit about women in business with IMF head Kristin Lagarde and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

According to Ivanka Trump, she does not recognize her father in the portrait of Donald Trump painted by journalists as a misogynist and a man with a paternalistic attitude towards women.

According to her, thousands of women who ever worked for the current US president at the time when he was a businessman, also hardly consider him a sexist. "He encouraged me and gave me the opportunity to become myself: I grew up in a house where there were no barriers that I could not overcome," added Ivanka.

Trump himself more than once accused the major media of distorting his image.

At the moment it is not very clear what role the elder daughter of the president plays in his administration. In March, the White House announced that Ivanka would become a consultant to the head of state at no charge.

The American press wrote that the president's daughter will have access to classified information, and that her office will be located in the western wing of the White House, where the Oval Office is located.

In the media, it is often reported that Trump and her husband Jared Kushner are increasingly influential in the White House.

In early April, the son of President Eric Trump told the British newspaper Telegraph that Ivanka most likely influenced the decision to launch 59 Tomahawk missiles on the Syrian military base.

As noted by the Berliner Zeitung, a businesswoman can form a positive image of Germany at the end of her short stay in Berlin, where she was invited by Angela Merkel in March during her state visit to Washington.
