In the building of the department № 4 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Rostov-on-Don during the operational-search activities it was possible to find an undocumented lot of drugs (hashish, heroin, synthetic) in especially large sizes (10-36 kg).

In the office of the drug policeman, not only more than 10 kg of various drugs were found (the total weight of the find was not disclosed), which should not have been stored there, but also scales that could be used to pack the found drugs. The party, as the police say, belonged to the drug dealer, who "cooperated" with them, and then handed them over to a higher authority. The police officers involved in the finding, led by the head of the drug control unit (OCS), were brought to strict disciplinary responsibility and dismissed from the internal affairs agencies "on negative grounds".

Earlier, the Kirov District Police Department also became famous:

a freelancer from 2015 to 2016 stole pistols, ammunition and explosives from the storage room of the OP for a total of three million rubles. Details of the case are not disclosed, but it is known that 246 items of fire, gas, traumatic and hunting voluntarily handed over by the population, or weapons withdrawn from civil circulation, and 103 ammunition were stolen from the storage facility. Some of the stolen weapons were already sold, and some were kept buried near Bataisk. Several units were found directly in the car of the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Rostov.
