The leader of the Russian liberal democrats, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, proposed, during the divorce of Yevgeny Petrosyan and Elena Stepanenko, to transfer the disputed property in favor of the state.
The politician reported this in his Telegram channel.
According to him, the new legislative initiative is already being worked out by lawyers.
"To exclude speculation about family property during the divorce, you need to establish a rule - all disputed property is transferred to the state," - wrote the politician.
In his opinion, this will help cool the ardor of spouses who want to cash in on divorce.
"Take half the prescribed by law or not get anything at all," - said the head of the Liberal Democrats.
Later, he devoted a topic to the publication in which he suggested that all persons over the age of 70 should be exempted from civil liability.
Recall that a couple of humorists Elena Stepanenko and Yevgeny Petrosyan decided to divorce after 33 years of marriage. It is rumored that the 72-year-old Eugene Vaganovich found himself a young copy of Stepanenko. Meanwhile, the actress intends to sue the ex-noble more than 80% of jointly acquired property.
