The legendary singer Madonna, who last year first gathered all the children in one photo, again decided to please the fans with a rare family photo.

The star, along with all the children, two biological ones - 21-year-old Lourdes and 17-year-old Rocco and four receptionists: 12-year-old David Banda and Mercy James, and five-year-old twins Stella and Esther traveled to the African country of Malawi.

There, the artist, together with all the children, visited the children's hospital, which was opened a year ago with the financial support of Madonna, DailyMail. It was from this hospital, under the drawing of the Tree of Life, painted by Rocco, Madonna on her Instagram page, laid out a rare family frame on which she collected all the kiddies.

Interestingly, the Mercy James Medical Center became the first children's hospital in Malawi, the country with which Madonna has long relationships. 12 years ago, she first visited this country and began to help her: build schools and develop health care. In 2008, she took the family of the first foster child from Malawi - David, a year later adopted Mercy James, and in February 2017 took from the orphanage in which David was raised, twins Stella and Esther.

Recall, last year, Madonna first appeared with the adoptive twin daughters in a family photo shoot.
