By the Victory Day, the Inter TV channel has traditionally prepared a festive concert "Victory". One for all". Favorite military songs will be performed in modern arrangements performed by popular Ukrainian artists.

The duet of Natalia Buchinskaya and Sergei Gladyr was born thanks to "Inter". Artists are not the first time to perform together at the concerts of the channel. This time they will sing Bulat Okudzhava's song "The Tenth Battalion". About native-front-line soldiers, joint work and new creative plans, they told in an exclusive interview to the site TV. UA.

Concert "Inter" by May 9 has been held for six consecutive years, and every year under the same title "Victory. One for all". Do you think such events are important in our time?.

Natalia Buchinskaya: Everything sooner or later becomes history. The history was also the Great Patriotic War, and Victory in it. And even if there is no country that won this war, the memory of it remains. And most importantly, still alive are people who were witnesses and participants in these events. For me they are all heroes. This is their holiday. This is our holiday, people of the next generation who should be grateful for the Victory.

Such events are important and, I think, very necessary. This is memory, this is respect, this is our story. How many people gave the most precious - their lives - for a peaceful sky for the country and future generations. After all, in this war, every fifth Ukrainian.

Sergei Gladyr: I also think that such concerts are very important. The people must remember their heroes! This is our story! In the situation that has developed in our country, it is important to support veterans. Show them your respect.

At the concert you perform a duet "10 battalion". When did you first hear this song and how do you like it?.

: I first heard it many years ago in the movie "Belorussky Railway Station". Later I learned that it was written in 1970 by Bulat Okudzhava. This song forever crashed into the memory. Guitar battle, marching pace and anxiety, which is growing. And the text is a special story: a story about a feat, a story about people, a story about the spirit. A very strong work. I've performed this song before, but here in the duo - for the first time. I'm sure that Sergei Gladyr and I managed to convey to the audience all its depth and energy. From the first notes we sang and applauded the whole audience.

: "The Tenth Battalion" I like from childhood. It is very suitable for me in nature. Strong and piercing - this song helps bring all the bitterness of that time. Makes you think about the main thing.

"But we need one Victory, one for all we will not stand behind the price ..." - the famous lines from the song that no one can leave indifferent. What feelings did you experience on stage?.

: Pride and Joy. I am proud that I was invited to sing a song of the great Bulat Okudzhava in the concert of "Inter" on the Victory Day. And the joy that I can convey from the stage my feelings and gratitude to the veterans and their families who will see the concert on TV.

: I always tremble with songs of war time. I feel the power of every line when I see the burning eyes of veterans. And I'm grateful that "Inter" has been holding concerts for many years to the Victory Day.

Such a duet you are not the first time. What are your impressions of the cooperation? Were there any difficulties in the work?.

: Sergey and I sang in a duet before, but this song will be remembered especially for us. After all, in the vocal plan it is not so easy to perform, especially with the orchestra and the choir. We are artists, we all have a lot of performances and crossings, but none of us missed a single rehearsal. We understood the seriousness of the event, so we took the process very responsibly. And the result was great. I'm sure - we did it!.

Your grandfathers-grandmothers were at war? What did they tell you about that time?.

: All the war my grandmother passed (as I called her), Anna Mikhailichenko. She was a nurse. Being a non-native person by blood, she raised me from the age of 2. And she told me a lot about the war. We often sang military songs with her, especially loved "Katyusha". And when I had a daughter, I called her Katerina.

: My grandfather also fought, was captured, later was awarded the Order of "For Courage". And for me on May 9 - the Great Victory Day. Feast of strong-spirited people who gave their youth, health, life for our and your future.

How do you plan to hold the May holidays and May 9? How do you like to relax with your family?.

: May 9, we will definitely visit our grandmother. She always waits for children and grandchildren to visit. And in our free time we try to get out of nature. We love outdoor activities: fishing, hiking, picnics.

: For an artist, holidays are usually a job. Performances, concerts. Now I have a single and the title track of my new concert program called "The Sun". This year I decided to update the repertoire and plan to go on a big tour with the cities of Ukraine and not only. Preparations are in full swing for him now. So the rest is not expected yet. Perhaps I will be able to escape for a couple of days to rest, but this can hardly be called a holiday.

It is interesting, but you, Sergei, continue to work as a dentist along with concert activity?.

: I lead a very active lifestyle. I combine work in dentistry with creativity. Now I am writing new songs. And very soon the presented new summer hit. follow the news.

Is your main dream today?.

: I will say trite, as in the famous movie: "Globally - world peace! ". And personally for me the unchanged dream is that my son Danja began to walk!.
