The legendary opera singer Montserrat Caballe, who turns 85 this year, showed her apartment and told her about her hobbies, says "Secular Life".

The opera diva noted that the most valuable thing that is in her collection of jewelry, is diamonds donated from Japan with pearls, very refined work.

In the apartment of the singer in Barcelona, ??in which she has lived since 1966, many antique furniture and things that she brought from the tour.

On one of the walls in the house is a collection of fans from the favorite performances of the artist.

It is worth noting that two days after the birthday of the singer, her concert will be held in Kiev on April 14.

"I always remember my first visit to Ukraine. I was very afraid then. You never know what kind of reaction to expect from people in a new country, but after the performance I cried like a child, because the Ukrainians warmly welcomed me. After the concert, they surrounded me in the hotel, and we seemed to be one family, "- shared the memory of the diva.

Discussing her career, Caballe recalled her legendary performance with Freddie Mercury at the Olympic Games in Barcelona.

"When once I did something unique, do not try to repeat it for an encore. For truly unique phenomena occur only once and so it was with me and Freddy. This is a special song, it's a special performance at a unique event of a global scale, "- commented on the historic performance of Montserrat.
