The organizers explain that the previous opening ceremony of Eurovision in 2005 took place at the same place and was very popular with foreigners. "It takes place on the Constitution Square.

According to the plan, delegations will arrive to Hrushevsky in alphabetical order: from Albania to Ukraine and Great Britain.
