Scarlett emphasized that by the beginning of the new school year, all educational institutions should have prepared shelters..

“All educational institutions should be prepared for the start of the new school year and equipped with shelters for the safety of children. I will insist that schools switch to full-time education from September 1, if possible. We believe in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, courageous defenders and defenders. The Deputy Minister added that active work is now underway to monitor security conditions in kindergartens and schools not only in Kyiv, but in all regions of Ukraine.
