Tsymbalyuk showed the results to take sports and proper nutrition at a new selfie. The celebrity blinked himself with a naked torso in blue underwear.
He also declassified that now he minimizes the use of sweets, refuses alcohol, does not overeat, controls the amount of carbohydrates and, if possible, trains.
