RIA Novosti reports that Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin published in his Twitter footage of the first flight of the newest Ka-62 helicopter.

The news agency reports that Rogozin congratulated the constructive team, employees of the Arsenyev Aviation Company Progress. Sazykin and test pilots who lifted the car into the air.

As it was informed earlier, Ka-62 is intended for transportation of passengers, offshore works, emergency medical aid, search and rescue operations and evacuation, including in mountain areas. The machine can transport goods both inside the cabin and on the external suspension.
