The Central Election Commission recognized Sergei Kozyr and Vitaly Voitsekhovsky as people's deputies elected in the midterm elections to the Verkhovna Rada on October 31.

Serhiy Kostriychuk was also recognized as a People's Deputy, who will replace in the Verkhovna Rada Irina Vereshchuk (Servant of the People faction) elected as Minister of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories.

Extraordinary elections on October 31 were held due to the early termination of the powers of the majority MPs Igor Kolykhaev and Alexander Skichko.
