"Obviously, we are talking about the continuation of the current conflict in the low-intensity phase, which in itself is a big risk. It is only necessary to throw tanks and ammunition today, tomorrow the conflict will go into a phase with high intensity, "- said the international.

According to him, everyone speaks about the absence of alternative Minsk agreements, but the situation does not move from the dead center.
