He stated this during the air of this Ukrainian TV channel.

According to the minister, the IMF always has a simple and understandable position, if Ukraine drags out with the adoption of the law on an anti-corruption court, the terms of receiving a tranche will be delayed.

Danilyuk specified that it is the prerequisite for this not to create the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court, but the adoption of the law.

After all, if the law does not meet the requirements of the IMF, or these requirements will not be changed, another tranche will not be given to Ukraine.

As previously reported in URA-Inform, the International Monetary Fund insists that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine soon consider the draft law on anti-corruption court.
