Hackers can again attack the financial institutions of Ukraine. The National Bank of Ukraine recommended employees to eliminate the vulnerability of Microsoft Word, which uses the virus to control the computer.

This Thursday, August 17, warns the security department of the NBU. According to the message, a malicious code appeared and spreads. It is distributed by sending e-mails with code disguised as a Microsoft Word document.



At the same time, the new virus uses the uncommon vulnerability Microsoft Word CVE-2015-2545, which allows you to get virtually complete control over the PC. Eliminate this vulnerability by "installing an appropriate patch from the manufacturer of Microsoft," - said in a message to the regulator.
