Ex-Chairman of the Board of PJSC Ugra Bank denied the statements of the Bank of Russia Deputy Chairman Vasily Pozdyshev and the Director of the Banking Supervision Department, Anna Orlenko, about possible manipulations of Yugra Bank with deposits.

Public statements of representatives of the Central Bank does not correspond to reality and are refuted by the relevant acts of inspections conducted by the Bank of Russia in the period 2014-2017. Shilyaev stressed.

According to him, the last CB audit, which was completed in July 2017, also showed the compliance of the register of Yugra's obligations to its depositors with the bank's accounting data. At the moment, banks that pay insurance indemnity have already issued about 50% of deposits, but no violations and deposits outside the balance have been identified.

Earlier, representatives of the Central Bank said that the most famous violation in the bank - off-balance sheet deposits. According to Pozdyshev, "the bank is on the limitation of attracting deposits, but recently there is an active advertisement".
