According to the head of Naftogaz, the main obstacle to this is the position of Turkey, which prohibits the passage of LNG-tankers through the Bosporus (with the passage of more dangerous straits allowed -. Naftogaz).

"We hope that the new diplomatic efforts of the United States will solve this problem," said Kobolev.
