The board of "Prominvestbank" decided to capitalize the financial institution for 12 billion UAH. This is reported by the press office of the financial institution.

"On April 27, 2017, the annual meeting of shareholders of Prominvestbank was held, at which the results of the bank's activities for 2016 were approved and a decision was made to increase the bank's authorized capital with a new share issue by UAH 12 billion," the statement said..

As of April 1, 2017, the loan portfolio of the bank is about 40 billion UAH. Customer funds, including deposits, - 8.33 billion UAH. The authorized capital of the bank is 40.62 billion UAH.
