Ukraine can achieve economic growth by 5-7%, which is higher than the 3% budgeted by 2018, having fulfilled a number of key tasks. This was reported by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman. "We have identified the key priorities needed for GDP growth of 5-7%," wrote Groisman on his Facebook page. The prime minister also published a list of ten priorities:
combating abuses of law enforcement officers and officials; reform of tax and regulatory bodies; transparent privatization and investment promotion; state support of small and medium business; expansion of electronic public services; conditions for the exit of business from the shadows; development of industry; protection of property rights; infrastructure development; export support.
