Immigrating to Germany, a 44-year-old Omsk came to visit his homeland, but attracted the attention of bailiffs. To fly back, he had to pay off the debt on child support in 330 thousand rubles, said on Thursday, July 13, "SuperOmsk". In 2003, the man left his wife and a one-year-old daughter in the village of Zameletovenka in the Lubinsky district of the region. Soon the woman filed for divorce and received a writ of execution for the payment of alimony. The father of the family came to the region to visit his sister in the neighboring village of Belyaevka. His ex-wife found him there, and presented a writ of execution. The man told the bailiffs that he had no money, and refused to say where and who he works in Germany.

After that, he was restricted by the right to travel abroad, because he retained Russian citizenship in addition to German. Soon the debt was paid in full. July 4, it became known that the State Duma plans to amend the legislation, increasing the threshold of debt to ban travel to citizens abroad. It is proposed to expand it to 30 thousand rubles instead of the current 10 thousand rubles.
