President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed the Law " According to the document, Ukraine withdraws from the Agreement on Conducting a Coordinated Antimonopoly Policy, signed at a meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States in Moscow on January 25, 2000 and ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with reservations by the Law of January 16, 2003 No. 449-IV. The Treaty contains mechanisms for the exchange of information, so there is a risk that the CIS member states will receive information that can be used to exercise trade and economic pressure on Ukraine.. Withdrawal from the Treaty will protect the national economic interests of Ukraine, eliminating the mechanism that stipulates the interstate exchange of information on economic issues.
