On the initiative of the chairman of KHOA, all sides of the situation around the shopping center gathered in one room: its owners, representatives of the Kharkov City Council, entrepreneurs and public activists.

Starting the meeting, Alexey Kucher noted: “The conflict at Barabashovo has reached the national level. He is known both in the Office of the President and the President himself. So I took the responsibility to sort out the issue and intervene. The number of criminal proceedings associated with the mall is impressive. It can't go on like this. Only a constructive dialogue will solve the problems ”.

During the meeting, it was a question of building a road through the territory of the Barabashovo shopping center, due to which some entrepreneurs may lose their jobs. Also, the meeting participants discussed the conflict that arose among some entrepreneurs with the administration of the center due to financial and property issues..

Alexey Kucher provided an opportunity to speak out and give suggestions to all parties to the process.

The chairman of KHOA also called for joining the conflict resolution and taking part in the next meeting of the Kharkiv mayor Gennady Kernes personally and the honorary president of AVEC \u0026 Co Concern PJSC Alexander Feldman.

“A platform for dialogue has been created - this is the Kharkiv Regional State Administration. And we will definitely resolve this conflict, ”said Alexey Kucher.
