Two news in one line for understanding. The first - salaries in the Czech Republic account for 30% of salaries in Germany. Near the country, but that's the difference. What the Czechs do is easy to guess - they are trying to find work in Germany. The second news - the Czech Republic increases the quota for labor migrants from Ukraine. Because someone has to pay taxes, pension contributions and take up jobs. This is Czech Republic. In general, an inconspicuous factor for Ukraine, when compared with Poland. Working people are worth their weight in gold. Entrepreneurs creating jobs, value added and developing economies - diamonds. Twenty-first century - smart do not wage wars over territory or minerals. Working people - the main value, writes on the portal Informer political scientist Kirill Sazonov.

Entrepreneurs complain about the shortage of personnel. Not enough people even in Kiev for a decent salary. And if earlier there were not enough representatives of working professions, now there is already a deficit. Managers of utilities, when they hear these complaints, laugh. They are much more difficult - with the same staff deficit they can not offer a market wage.

The situation in the labor market is really sad. We have enough officials and anti-corrupt officials, politicians and political scientists, and the rest - a deficit. There are not enough locksmiths, a good turner or an electrician who can not find a fire in the daytime, try to find teachers at a public school, and doctors in public clinics work at a minimum for free attestation. And those who are, usually in years. Will retire - no replacement. That is, with all the optimism in five to ten years, we are waiting for such a shake-up that it does not seem enough. Those who have a villa in France and a serious account in a European bank will leave. And what can we do?.

Labor migration was a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it gives people a chance to earn normal money outside the country. Consequently, it forces the Ukrainian business to raise salaries to really necessary specialists to the appropriate level. To keep. This is very good, in addition, labor migrants transfer money to their homeland, buy apartments here, in general, pour a decent amount into a common boiler. According to the latest estimates of the National Bank of Ukraine on the basis of data from the National Bank of Poland, this amount was $ 3.123 billion. This is only Poland minus what was brought in cash. And here is another news that complements the information from the Czech Republic.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland announced the expediency of creating a state agency for labor migrants from Ukraine. Yes, there are already officially more than a million working Ukrainians, but they can not close all the holes in the economy. In any decent store, cafe or hotel, I meet people who speak Ukrainian freely. Our. Someone came to work, and someone will not return. But Poland wants more. They have already survived the crisis, when, after joining the EU, the people rushed to work in Germany, Austria and Britain. The salary is many times higher, there are no borders - everything is logical. But someone has to pay taxes at home, to support pensioners, public institutions of higher education, hospitals, the army and the police. And then migrants from Ukraine came in handy.

No romance - pure profit. Calculation and understanding of prospects. Political will and the work of the profile ministry are not enough. Therefore - special agency, website, legalization, health insurance and other bonuses. Do you want to work and pay taxes? Welcome. Ready to start a business and create a couple of jobs? Just tell me what to help you with.. The state wants more working people who earn their own money and pay taxes on state structures and pensions. Excellent, Poland has solved the problem, but what about us? And at us all is logical, according to the formula "if somewhere has arrived, somewhere has decreased". We are on the road to the abyss.

According to official figures, there are now about 40 million people in Ukraine. Really, of course less. But we are only interested in those who are taxed by the state. So, really working, those who generate money and pay taxes and contributions to the Pension Fund of about ten million. They are the ones who are pulling all the expenses - the wages of those working in the public sector, pensions, scholarships to students, as if free medicine with education. They draw with difficulty. And the fewer of them - the more difficult it is to keep the rest. And if Poland and the Czech Republic (and there are others) will lure another three million salaries higher - a collapse. There will be no money for retirement, army and police. About free education with medicine and other scholarships with social benefits you can forget. No money - and the best government can do nothing. This is a very real prospect.

The key question is how to keep working Ukrainians at home. Decree of the President, the decision of the Cabinet or a new useful law from the Verkhovna Rada will not help. Jobs create business. If able to offer a good salary. At least about 600 dollars to compete with Poland. And all that the government can do is create the right conditions for business. Germany invests billions in Poland, and we can not compete for investments with an EU member. But Polish businessmen also complain. On checks, inspectors, on the labor legislation on which to dismiss the employee is often difficult. The maximum that we can, is to offer conditions more interesting.

What does it mean? Revolution in the relations of state and business. We must become a country in which it is more convenient and better to work. Taxes should be lower than those of our neighbors. Tax administration is easier. Inspections and controllers - less. The Labor Code together with the inspection - to close, re-sanctify the room and, just in case, burn. Private property is sacred and for trying to squeeze, raideret and shuffle - astronomical terms to the organizers and performers. The only way. That is, any entrepreneur who wants to open a business in the sphere of production or services should proceed from the fact that it is difficult and expensive to work in Poland, the Czech Republic or Georgia. And in Ukraine it's just a paradise. There is no other way.

There are risks and the path will not be smooth, of course. Unsuitable for the budget? It can very well be - at first. Alternative - we lose everything. Businessmen and workers will leave - there will be no pensions from the word absolutely.

Students will be able to hold rallies about scholarships, but there is no money - universities will close and there will be nothing to argue about. Ministry of Culture safely die and do not mind. State employees will leave without severance pay. Too small loss. And deputies with governors will go to graze on free bread. The main thing is that there will not be money for the army and the police either.. So we will receive either occupation, or war of feudal lords for the rests of resources. Ukraine will lose one hundred percent.
