It took just as much time to publish in time before the coming of the new year the laws of the budget package and about medical reform. Another issue was devoted to the extension for a year of a moratorium on the sale of agricultural land.

In particular, Law No. 248-VII "On State Guarantees of Medical Services for the Population" was issued in No. 248), which comes into force one month after publication and is effective from January 1, 2018 in stages.

An exception is an article on the payment of medical services and medicines under the program of medical guarantees based on information in the electronic health system, which is enforced from August 1, 2018.

In the same issue of the Voice of Ukraine, the law "On increasing access to and quality of medical care in rural areas" No. 2206-VIII was published, which comes into force on the day after publication.

In addition, Amendments to the Budget Code No. 2233-VII were issued in No. 248) and the Tax Code and other legislative acts on balancing the budget revenues No. 245-VIII, which come into force on January 1, 2018, with a number of exceptions, as well as the law on the extension to 2018 year moratorium on the sale of agricultural land No. 2236-VII).

A double issue of the Voice of Ukraine No. 249-250 is devoted to the law "On the State Budget for 2018" (No. 2446-VIII), which this time was published along with the tables.

Recall that in 2017, the Verkhovna Rada unusually early adopted the Budget package - December 7, but still the president signed these documents only on December 30, as it took time to re-vote some edits and further editorial work.

As a result, for the first time these laws were promulgated in electronic form on the website of the "Voice of Ukraine" on December 30.
