Prime Minister of Poland Beata Maria Shidlo has resigned

As reported by Polskie Radio, the committee recommended Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Mateusz Moravetsky to head the government.

The Political Committee decided that Shidlo should fulfill "an important role in the Polish government.

However, according to unofficial data, Beata Shidlo should become vice-premier, and the remaining personnel changes in the government are expected in January.

Recall, Shidlo led the Polish government in 2015. She was instructed to form an office after the party of the brother of former Polish President Jaroslaw Kaczynski's "Law and Justice" won in the parliamentary elections.



Her government was the first in the history of post-communist Poland to be the "cabinet of the majority", since the results of the vote made it impossible to form a coalition.
