He will be questioned, and then his case will be transferred to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau. This was announced on Monday, November 20, by the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko.

At the same time, the head of the department noted that to date 380 people have received suspicion of physical actions against peaceful participants of the Maidan. Of these, 270 cases have already been referred to the court, and 49 people already have sentences, "Lutsenko said, that the cases are in court against almost all the leaders of the Yanukovych regime.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, Lutsenko said that the Prosecutor General's Office will ask for permission to conduct an in absentia investigation against the former city golovy of Kiev Leonid Chernovetsky.
