Earlier, German Chancellor Angela Merkel forecasted the creation of the so-called "Jamaica" coalition, which was to include representatives of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) party, the Christian Social Union (CSU), the "green" and the Free Democratic Party (FDP).

Experts warn that if the coalition is not formed before the beginning of December, then in 2018 the parliament can announce the start of a new election.

As reported in "URA-Inform," recently the president of the Federal Republic of Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, instructed the incumbent Chancellor Angela Merkel to continue to discharge her duties after the official completion of her tenure - until the formation of the next government.
