According to the publication, the US Navy will resume patrolling the offshore section in the South China Sea to increase security and freedom of navigation. Such patrols the US vessels intend to carry out two or three times a month.

Recall that the previous administration of the White House on a cut refused to send its contingent in these waters, so as not to worsen the already strained relations with the Middle Kingdom.

In turn, China has reacted very negatively to such a statement. Beijing media every time the US Navy appears off the coast of the country, they report the intention of the Americans to destabilize the situation in the region.

It should be noted that recently at the UN Security Council, US diplomats very "persistently" tried to persuade China to increase pressure on the DPRK by taking trade sanctions against it.

Also do not forget that in this South Asian region there are a number of claims of the Middle Kingdom to Taiwan, which is de facto under the protection of the United States.

As reported in the "URA-Inform", a month ago, the Chinese authorities announced the violation of their territorial waters by the destroyer USS John S. McCain.
