At the moment, the temperature in the city rose to an autumnal six degrees of heat, as weather forecasters warned, that on December 24-26 it is expected to warm up throughout Ukraine. Due to the increase in wind speed to 15-20 m / s and as a result of temperature changes from the roofs of houses, icicles and ice blocks began to pour in massively. In the KSCA gave several tips to avoid being a victim of the winter disaster:.

- pay attention to the presence of dangerous formations from ice and roofs of houses;.

- Do not exceed the limits of the established fences, but in their places of absence;.

- if possible, keep at a distance of three meters from buildings and other structures;.

- be attentive while walking in the park, especially with children.
