According to preliminary information, the entertainment center started work in July this year. During this time, the district police received complaints from residents of nearby houses. People complained that the club's visitors are mostly minors and students in a state of alcohol and drug intoxication, they also suggested that the institution could sell drugs.

During the audit of such appeals, law enforcement officers documented five facts of storage of narcotic drugs from visitors. According to the detainees, they bought drugs from strangers on the territory of the club.

The detainees, after the examination, were taken to the Shevchenko Police Department for procedural actions.

In addition, a 20-year-old barman found and seized prepackaged transparent bags with a substance similar to narcotic. And in a detained 30-year-old man, the police seized substances that looked like drugs, hallucinogenic mushrooms, electronic scales, 40 thousand. UAH, eight bank cards and a car "BMW".

Police also installed 11 youngsters among the visitors and handed them over to their parents. Regarding parents, administrative protocols have been drawn up for the malicious default of parental responsibilities under Art.. 184 КУоАП.

The police report also indicates that the military commissariat staff found 32 people who evade conscription. They were taken to the collection point of recruits in Kiev.

During the search it was additionally recorded that the entertainment facility functions without any permits and is in an emergency condition.

Fire safety standards are violated in the room, there are no means for extinguishing fires and the bathrooms do not work.

Based on the audit results, the information was included in the Single Register of Pre-trial Investigations.
