On July 25 the court will start consideration of the cassation appeal of the Kyiv City Council against the decision of the court of appellate instance. As stated in the Unified Register of Judicial Decisions, the suit of the Kiev regional branch of the AMC Kyiv Economic Court ordered Kyivrada to cancel its decision of September 22, 2016 on restricting the sale of alcoholic beverages and beer, citing the fact that it contains violations of the legislation on the protection of economic competition.

After that, the local authorities appealed with this decision to the Kyiv Economic Court of Appeal, which refused to satisfy it and left the decision of the court of first instance unchanged.

At the same time, the Kyiv City Radate appealed to the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine with a cassation complaint.

In the court's decision, in particular, it is said that consideration of the cassation appeal is scheduled for July 25 at 10 hours and 50 minutes in the courtroom at the address Kiev, Kopylenko street, 6, room 302.
