In Ukraine, enterprises received extra time until March 31, 2025 to confirm the criticality and booking of workers. The deadline expires today, and those who did not have time to arrange the reservation can be mobilized.

About this was told by People's Deputy Alexander Fedienko in Telegram.

“I want to remind you that today it expires the term and enterprises have been obliged to confirm their criticality, and, if necessary, book their employees,” he wrote.

According to him, if the employee did not manage to be reserved from mobilization, he may be called up for military service.

We will remind, earlier we wrote that from April 1, “quick reservation” will no longer operate for “critical” enterprises and the standard reservation period for “DIA” is returned - 72 hours.

It was also reported that lawyer Katerina Anishchenko said that reservation from mobilization does not guarantee protection from the call. She explained that some employers require the passage of the VLK for booking, although the law does not provide for this. This applies to both those who confirm the suitability for the service and employees who have not previously passed the military medical commission.
