“At the same time, paragraph two of part one of Article 37 of the Law of Ukraine “On Military Duty and Military Service” defines exceptions under which men can be mobilized up to 25 years of age. We are talking about people who have experience in military service,” Sukhoi emphasized..

According to a representative of the TCC, men who are registered as conscripts can voluntarily enroll in military service under a contract upon reaching 18 years of age.
