Registration of NMT participants ended on April 2. The applicant has the right to refuse to participate in testing. This can be done until April 16 inclusive.

“An application using a special form can be submitted in person or remotely,” the message says..

If an application for cancellation of registration is submitted in person or by post, it must be certified by the personal signature of the applicant and submitted together with the NMT certificate.

“If the application is submitted via e-mail, the electronic image of the application that is sent must be superimposed with a qualified electronic signature of the applicant or an improved electronic signature of the applicant based on a qualified electronic signature certificate; an image of the NMT certificate must be sent along with the application,” the message says.

Earlier, Deputy Minister of Education and Science Nadezhda Kuzmicheva said whether the NMT could be postponed, the passing grade lowered and the number of tasks reduced in 2026.
