In his opinion, despite the fact that the world is interested in Ukrainian expertise and protective technologies against drones, this window will not last forever.

“And we will either occupy our niche, or someone else will occupy it. You know, they won’t wait for us to agree to start selling something to someone,” says the head of the president’s office.

Budanov also noted the need to switch to a closed production cycle. This will avoid dependence on other countries. In particular, a few years ago, Chinese restrictions significantly increased the price of Ukrainian products.

He stated that not many people need the success of Ukraine, so it depends only on the state and citizens.

“And when we go up, many parties appear that are either trying to overtake us, or simply destroy us,” Budanov noted.

Let us remind you that Ukraine has already signed framework agreements on cooperation with Saudi Arabia and Qatar; an agreement with the United Arab Emirates is in preparation. At the same time, Zelensky clearly outlined: the sale of weapons is exclusively a state matter, and businesses should not negotiate with foreign clients directly, bypassing the government.
