Civilians in several cars blocked the official transport of military personnel of the TCC and SP. The incident occurred near the village of Karasin, Kamen-Kashirsky district, Volyn region on Sunday, March 8. Criminal proceedings have been launched regarding the obstruction of the legitimate activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other formations during a special period committed by a group of persons (h. st. 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The Volyn Regional Prosecutor's Office reports this on its Telegram channel.

The prosecutor's office noted that TCC and SP employees delivered a citizen liable for military service who was evading military service.

“The attackers damaged a service vehicle, breaking the glass, inflicted bodily injuries on one of the servicemen and forcibly pulled a citizen subject to conscription from the vehicle,” the report says..

The persons who committed illegal actions have been identified - these are residents of the Kamen-Kashirsky district.

Law enforcement officers are now clarifying all the circumstances of the incident..
