General mobilization and martial law continue in Ukraine. During this period, men liable for military service who receive summons are subject to conscription. But some men have the right to a deferment. The head of the communications group of the Kirovograd Regional TCC and JV Polina Kravchenko told Suspilny who the deferment can be automatically extended.

Kravchenko explained that the deferment from mobilization continues automatically for 14 categories:.
people with disabilities;
temporarily unfit for service;
parents of three or more children under 18 years of age;
parents of a child with a disability under 18 years of age;
parents of an adult child with a disability of group I or II;
people who have a wife or husband with a disability of group I or II;
those who care for parents with disabilities (their own or their husband’s/wife’s);
women and men who are raising a child under 18 years of age if their husband or wife serves in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
full-time or dual study students, as well as doctoral students and interns;
scientific, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical workers who teach at their main place of work for at least 0.75 salaries;
people whose close relatives died or went missing during hostilities or martial law;
relatives of Heroes of Ukraine, noted posthumously for courage during the Revolution of Dignity;
people illegally deprived of their liberty as a result of armed aggression of the Russian Federation;
military released from captivity.
The representative of TCC and JV added that if the postponement continues automatically, then nothing needs to be done.
“Reserve+ users should receive a message about auto-renewal by the end of October,” she said.
Earlier, lawyer Dmitry Donchak on the portal said whether a person who has a third group disability since childhood, a pension certificate and a MSEC certificate can travel abroad.
