Against the backdrop of a scandal involving the blocking of civilian vehicles by people in camouflage and balaclavas, the Ternopil Regional TsK stated that mobilization processes are carried out with the involvement of combat units. According to the official statement, this "

" Such groups are formed from military personnel who have combat experience and are respected among their peers and society. Their participation in these events helps to increase confidence in the mobilization process and ensures compliance with the rule of law because, let us remind you that all notification events take place in cooperation with employees of the National Police and other law enforcement agencies,” the TCC noted.

They also stated that the thesis “only the poor fight” is false. The military registration and enlistment office claims that there are Ukrainians from upper classes at the front: entrepreneurs, teachers, IT specialists, farmers, doctors. However, as noted, some citizens want to avoid mobilization, but this not only violates the law, but is also “a manifestation of disrespect for those who are already on the front line, who give them the opportunity to further prepare, become stronger and more confident.”.

“We remind you: during martial law there are no absolute exceptions to mobilization, only legal grounds for deferment, reservation or exemption from military service are decisive, namely, compliance with military registration is not a formality, but part of the general defense, directly affects the safety of every Ukrainian and Ukrainian woman,” the message says.

The day before, local media in Ternopil reported that near the Ornava shopping center, people in balaclavas and camouflage blocked a car with a 49-year-old football player and his wife inside. As they write 0352 and “20 minutes”, the car was blocked for more than a day. The couple, who had two children waiting at home, asked to issue a summons. The car later left the scene.

In a comment to journalists, the TCC stated that their representatives were not at the scene of the incident. They didn’t say who the people in the balaclavas were. The police said they were investigating the circumstances of the incident, and the man whose car was blocked was wanted.

Previously, the Ground Forces stated that in September, 90% (173 out of 192) of incidents in which representatives of the TCC and SP were accused turned out to be manipulations. It was claimed that only 10% of cases were confirmed.
