As a result of a massive strike of Russian troops on the energy infrastructure of Chernihiv region, on October 1, part of the region was left without power supply. Some settlements were in Blackaut, without light and water. The general situation remains complicated due to low voltage at energy facilities, which causes an emergency stop of the water supply and sewage pumping stations and a decrease in water pressure in the network.
