The SBU SBU SBU was exposed in illegal enrichment and declaring false information. This was reported by SAP.

According to the investigation, in December 2023 the suspect acquired an apartment for UAH 21.6 million and issued it for a family member. Moreover, under the contract, its cost is 12.8 million UAH.

According to the anti -corruption prosecutor's office, in order to justify the origin of the funds, a family member indicated that he had earned them as FLP - since February 2022 he provided legal and consulting services.

Investigators found that funds were really received to the FLP accounts for the alleged provision of legal and consulting services. However, on behalf of the person who is suspected of taking the means of JSC Ukrzaliznitsa as part of a criminal organized group, as well as from companies that are controlled by the indicated person.

The collected evidence indicates that such services were not provided, and the companies have signs of fictitious. In addition, there is no confirmation of legitimate origin of the remaining amount spent on the purchase of an apartment in the amount of 8.8 million UAH.

The actions of a senior SBU employee are qualified as illegal enrichment and deliberate introduction by the subject of declaration of obviously inaccurate information worth more than 2500 living wages.

Recall that the former deputy head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Dnepropetrovsk and Kirovograd regions is suspected of illegal enrichment totaling 33 million UAH.

Earlier, the ex -leader of the Logistics Directorate of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is suspected of illegal enrichment in the amount of more than 12 million UAH. He could not explain the origin of the property, in particular 14 sites, apartments, three cars and bonds.
