Labor relations between employees and employers in Ukraine are regulated by the relevant legislation. During the war, many Ukrainians switched to remote operation. But some confuse the concepts of remote and homework. Specialists of the South-East Interregional Department of the State Service on Labor have told what are the differences between distance and homework.
