Ukrainians must pay utility bills in a timely manner. Some citizens have the right to certain benefits for communal services and housing subsidies. The Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU) in the Vinnitsa region said that it is included in the total family income when issuing benefits for housing and communal services (housing and communal services).

PFU explained that in accordance with the Procedure for the provision of benefits to certain categories of citizens approved by the Cabinet Resolution of 04. 06. 2015 No. 389 The total income of the beneficiary family includes accrued:.

pension;

salary;

Cash support;

scholarship;

social assignment (except for part of assistance at the birth of a child, the payment of which is carried out by one -time, parts of assistance in adoption of a child, the payment of which is carried out at a time, benefits for burial, a one -time benefit, which is provided in accordance with the legislation or by decisions of executive authorities and local self -government, enterprises, organizations, regardless of the form of ownership;

unemployment benefit and other payments made by social insurance funds.

PFU added that for able -bodied persons who do not have income, the total income for each month takes into account the income at the subsistence level of the subsistence minimum set for the able -bodied persons for the corresponding month.
