In some cases, torture acquired the form of psychological terror - they imitated executions or forced to dig the graves to themselves and others, ”the report said.

Law enforcement officers after the city’s de -public conducted large -scale work and installed more than 110 victims (teachers, rescuers, participants in hostilities, representatives of state authorities, volunteers and other civilians).

Two defendants were informed about suspicion personally. The rest - in absentia, they will be put on the wanted list.
