The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine accepted updates to the mechanism of calling citizens as part of mobilization. About this on May 6 was informed by People's Deputy Alexei Goncharenko. Significant adjustments are also made in the list of documents that must be submitted to obtain a deferral. In particular, for large parents raising three or more minor children. To use the right to exemption from mobilization, you need to provide the birth certificates of each child, as well as one of the following documents: a marriage certificate, a court decision on the place of residence of children, concluding a service for children, an agreement between parents or another official document certifying that the second of the parents is not participating in the upbringing.

Also mandatory is a certificate from a single register of debtors about the absence of alimony debt, which should be issued no later than five days before the appeal.

For persons caring for people with disabilities or disabled relatives, a requirement was introduced to submit an act of care and documents confirming the accrual of relevant social payments or allowances.

In addition, the government has clarified the procedures for undergoing medical examinations: who is subject to referral to the IHC, in what cases this is not required, and how to act if the previous medical report has lost its strength. Requirements for students and other categories of education applicants who apply for a delay have also been updated.

Recall that in April in Ukraine the action of martial law and mobilization was extended for another 90 days - until August 6.
