The Derzhprazi noted that the legislation of Ukraine clearly defines the conditions under which minors can be involved in labor.

So, employment is possible from 16 years old, and with the consent of one of the parents or guardian - from 15 years old.

The work should be easy, not harm health, the educational process and not provide for the performance of tasks in harmful or dangerous conditions.

" Any violation of the rights of minors in the field of labor entails the legal responsibility of the employer, ”the report said.
